Flapjacks

• 100g brown sugar
• 150g butter
• 1 tablespoon golden syrup
• 225g porridge oats
• 25g plain flour

1. Melt the butter, sugar, and syrup over a low heat. Do not allow to boil.
2. Add the oats and flour and mix well.
3. Spread into a greased baking tin and bake at 170°C for 15 minutes.
