Pork Casserole

  1. Toss the pork in seasoned flour and brown.
  2. Place the pork, apple juice, stock, and mustard in a casserole dish and bake at 180°C for 1 hour.
  3. Stir in the cream and bake for a further 15 minutes.
  4. The sauce can be thickened by removing the meat and simmering until reduced.
